*Reversion rate is calculated using starting rate or BBR + reversion margin, whichever is higher. In all cases the Starting Rate at completion is the lowest rate payable regardless of future changes to the Bank of England Base Rate. The interest year for InterBay is calculated over 360 days. BBR is subject to a floor of 0.75% (if BBR exceeds 3% the floor resets to 3%). EPC eligibility: the EPC must have been issued within the last 5 years if rated A/B or in the last 2 years if rated C. Where a property has multiple EPC ratings, then the lowest EPC rating will be used.
**To qualify for the 0.25% existing borrower arrangement fee reduction, you must have a clear six-month payment track record and meet one of the following conditions:
Be under the same personal ownership or limited company (with the same shareholders/directors).
You must match the shareholder in a limited company if under a personal ownership case (with shareholder having a 100% share).
You must be an existing joint applicant with a current facility in personal names. If your next loan with us is under a limited company ownership, the shareholding must mirror the current facility.

I've been working in financial services since 2019, developing an in-depth understanding of the property market. Having worked across OSB Group’s lending brands Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, Precise and InterBay, I’ve strengthened my knowledge of what we can offer our expanding client and broker base.
I take real pride in approaching every case with an open mind. I'm passionate about converting my knowledge into success for landlords and investors and navigating market complexities to provide the right decision every time.

I joined the business in 2022 as part of the Broker Liaison Team, and progressed to the role of Senior Broker Liaison Coordinator in 2023. I enjoy working closely with brokers and handling quirkier and complex commercial cases from start to finish. I enjoy problem solving, so feel free to contact me with any criteria-based queries. My goal is to support you and keep you updated on your case from AIP through to completion.
I’ve been working as a business development manager for the company since 2019.
With a detailed knowledge of the market after previous roles as a broker and mortgage advisor, I understand the challenges you and your clients face, and am ready to assist you with your cases.
There’s nothing I enjoy more than getting out-and-about to meet brokers and showing you how we can help with our specialist solutions.
I started with the company in 2016 and have worked in a number of positions during my time here.
After starting in the contact centre, I was promoted to a specialist role in 2018 before being given the opportunity to join the sales support team as a sales consultant in 2019.
I love my current role as an office-based BDM as it gives me the opportunity to interact with brokers on a daily basis and work together to help achieve our mutual goal of providing the best possible service for your clients.

I joined the group in 2022 after more than 20 years of experience working in banking, first as a private banker then as a relationship manager looking after my broker partners.
The thing I love especially about specialist lending is that every case I receive is different with its own set of challenges, so when I’m able to finally get it over the line it gives me a real sense of achievement.
I’m really looking to helping you with your complex cases and showing off our exciting proposition.

With more than 16 years’ experience in financial services, including 9 years working as a Business Development Manager/Key Account Manager, I’m in a great position to support intermediaries and deliver solutions that enable their clients to achieve their financial goals. I’m service driven and understand the importance of prompt, detailed responses to complex and specialist enquiries. Having supported intermediaries across mainstream, specialist and later-life lending, I have a variety of experience and broad market knowledge.

Office BDM
I joined the business in 2022 as part of the Broker Liaison Team, and progressed to the role of Senior Broker Liaison Coordinator in 2023. I enjoy working closely with brokers and handling quirkier and complex commercial cases from start to finish. I enjoy problem solving, so feel free to contact me with any criteria-based queries. My goal is to support you and keep you updated on your case from AIP through to completion.
I joined the company in 2022 and bring more than 15 years of experience working in various finance roles to the position.
I enjoy getting out and about, meeting with brokers face-to-face and looking at cases from all angles. My aim is to be your go-to BDM and the first name that springs to mind when you need help with placing a case.
