Elizabeth School of London, a higher education provider, has multiple locations around the UK, including London, Birmingham, Leeds, Leicester, Manchester and Northampton. Since its inception in 2011, the school has been renting space but sought a permanent location to ensure they were able to continue to fulfil educational dreams.

As we’ve worked with them for a number of years, we’ve been able to create a working relationship that allows us both to get to the heart of any case and focus in on exactly what the client really needs to get their case approved.
As we specialise in tailored financial solutions, we were able to come up with a unique solution for the case. This led to a semi-commercial mortgage with £6m at 64% LTV over a 30-year term. This was secured against two of the school’s other teaching sites in Northampton and Leicester.
